Hughenden Court (Hastings) RTM Co Ltd, originally formed in 2004, took over the in-house management of Hughenden Court from Fairways Management on 1 October 2018.

By running things ourselves we aimed to be more responsive to issues arising without the need to involve a separate management company therefore keeping costs down.

​

Unfortunately due to an increasingly complex legal environment it was decided at the AGM held in March 2023 to go back to using a professional managing agent.

 

Housemartins were appointed to manage on our behalf from 1 September 2023.

​

The directors do not get paid for taking on this role and they all live or own flats in Hughenden Court and are therefore interested in making things better for everyone who has an interest in Hughenden Court.
